Plateauing for 3-ish weeks is hardly cause for alarm. Your body is not meant to be constantly growing.

But tell me, what have you been doing prior to this? How fast have you been gaining on average? What have you been trying to do to leave your plateau?

Hello! looking for help with my plateau!

Yes! I have been trying to leave it but it seems like whatever I do isn't working. I normally average around a 2-3 pounds a week.

Plateaus are a time to prepare your body for additional gains. Do you exercise at all? Weight training is a good idea so that you can be strong enough to handle more weight. This is also a good time to replenish your finances for whatever money you'll need to replace whatever you outgrow.

Pizza, pasta and ice cream are surefire ways to surpass it :-)

Try adding liquid calories or eating more calorie dense in general. Adding some protein or bulk powder into your usual food should help.

It is very normal to plateau.
You should increase the daily calories so you will have at least 6000 calories a day and also have a massive meal right before bed.
I can also recommend to increase your sugar intake both liquid in the form of sodas and milkshakes as well as solids like donuts, cakes and pastries. Try eating one whole cake every few days.

Also, it is important you keep eating even if you are full or not even feeling for food. Increase the number of daily meals to 3-4 as well.
